For optimal potency, prepare as a Long Infusion.

Hot: Add 1-3 tbsp to 32-64oz hot water

and steep for at least 4 hours.

Cold: Add 1-3 tbsp to 32-64oz cold water

and steep for at least 4 hours

or overnight in the fridge.

Brew it as a quick hot cup of tea.

Steep covered for as long as you have patience.

a few tips...

• Add a splash of apple cider vinegar to draw even more nutrients into your brew.

• Sip in spurts, or throughout the day in your water bottle.

• Drink the entire brew in one day— water-based preparations don't keep!

• You will have to pee more frequently when drinking this infusion, so finish well before bedtime or a long drive!

I love primal sap

I love my primal sap <3 I have terrible allergies pretty much year round (congestion and itchy throat), and taking primal sap twice a day has helped so much. When I miss a dose I really notice it. It has also rly helped with my fatigue. Highly recommend!!!
