Also called the Five Movements, their dynamic interactions form the universal order, generating the cycle of the seasons along with corresponding colors, flavors, sounds, the organs + tissues of our bodies, and even our temperaments + emotions. There is no distinction between body/mind. Matter is not fixed. Everything is movement.

Healing may then be envisioned as the harmonious dance

of these five elemental energies.

Unbelievably effective

This works so quickly to relieve pain, it’s almost hard to believe how well it works!

Have yet to read, but is such a unique idea, can’t wait to read!

I had elected to pick up in person but have since been ill. Is it possible to have it delivered, I can Zelle delivery cost. Or it can come out of Jude drawing class I’ve had a credit for since it got cancelled (months ago, I just never called to ask about it)
